Erick Wolf is a patent attorney registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and focuses primarily on patent litigation, patent prosecution, and complex business litigation. Mr. Wolf earned his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his J.D. from Whittier Law School. Prior to joining Wang, Hartmann & Gibbs, Mr. Wolf worked for one of Los Angeles' premier intellectual property law firms where he gathered an extensive amount of experience in both patent prosecution and litigation. During that time, Mr. Wolf drafted numerous patent applications and participated in patent litigation involving Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Wolf's civil expertise stems from a significant amount of civil litigation experience acquired during his time at one of Southern California's leading automotive defense firms where he handled as many as 40 cases at a time. At Wang, Hartmann & Gibbs, Mr. Wolf is heavily involved in disputes concerning computer hardware as well as automotive technologies. Mr. Wolf also manages cases in complex business litigation ranging in scope from corporate law to wrongful termination and breach of contract.
