Jeffrey Wang founded Wang, Hartmann & Gibbs, P.C. in 1994 with the goal of building a pre-eminent law firm servicing the needs of international technology businesses located in California, the Pacific Rim, and beyond. In realizing that goal, Mr. Wang has drawn heavily on his distinguished experience in representing and advising both international and domestic companies. Mr. Wang has engaged in dozens of business and intellectual property cases before both federal and state courts.

Prior to forming our firm, Mr. Wang practiced law at one of the five large public accounting firms and at two prominent litigation law firms in San Francisco and Newport Beach. He also served as general counsel to several multinational corporations based in the U.S. In his continuing efforts to expand the firm, Mr. Wang is currently in the process of establishing the firm's subsidiaries in the Far East region. Mr. Wang believes that this will strengthen the firm's ability to respond to any business and intellectual property concerns facing our clients throughout China and the Pacific Rim.
