John O'Rourke
is a registered patent attorney with over 35 years of experience in the applied sciences, including nearly 25 years as an electrical/computer engineer. He also is a Registered Nurse. He counsels and represents clients in matters concerning technology and intellectual property law, particularly in the areas of patent assertion, validity, right-to-use, claim coverage, infringement, and enforcement; strategic foreign patent filing; design patents and trademark selection; and the identification and preservation of trade secrets.
