Regis A. Guerin handles complex business and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Guerin has tried several cases to verdict as the first chair or second chair trial attorney. Mr. Guerin has also argued in the California Court of Appeal and conducted numerous arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining WHGC, Mr. Guerin managed product liability and business litigation at Honda North America, Inc. Mr. Guerin has also drafted and negotiated a wide variety of business agreements, including technology transactions, intellectual property agreements and corporate contracts.
