Jennifer Ishimoto concentrates her practice on complex intellectual property disputes, particularly focusing on litigation. She has vast experience in commercial disputes involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, contract disputes and licenses. Ms. Ishimoto has represented clients in a wide range of technology areas, including computer disk drives, various mechanical motors, computer cameras, electronic design automation software, medical devices, electrical, telecommunications, golf balls, material composition, and networking. Ms. Ishimoto has also handled numerous cases involving design patents and represented clients in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board involving trademark opposition.

She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including: pre-suit investigation, client counseling, formulating case strategy, engaging in and directing all phases of discovery, retaining and working with experts, motion practice, and pre-trial filings. She has also represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and early neutral evaluation. In addition to her expertise in intellectual property, Ms. Ishimoto also represents clients in family law disputes. She has represented clients, working on difficult issues regarding child custody and division of property.
