Mr. Ohashi focuses his practice on general business litigation matters, and has handled a broad range of cases ranging from breach of contract to Unfair Competition claims such as the misappropriation of trade secrets and tortious interference with economic relationships.  Mr. Ohashi specializes in the area of research and law and motion, and has successfully argued before the State and Appellate courts of California on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.  Although an aggressive litigator for his clients, Mr. Ohashi is also an advocate of negotiation and alternative forms of dispute resolution where they are available and appropriate. Additionally, Mr. Ohashi is a graduate of the Center for Conflict Resolution at Loyola Law School, and has been certified through its Advanced Mediation Training program.

Prior to joining WHGC, Mr. Ohashi was employed by the AV-rated law firm of Dapeer, Rosenblit & Litvak, LLP.  As a principal research and law and motion attorney, Mr. Ohashi represented a broad range of both private clients and municipal agencies in various litigation matters from business torts to public nuisance violations. 

Mr. Ohashi has also served as a Deputy City Attorney with the AV-rated law firm of Woodruff, Spradlin & Smart, APC, where he focused upon civil, criminal, and administrative code enforcement litigation and prepared legal opinions and research memoranda for municipal agencies throughout California .

Mr. Ohashi is also an accomplished musician, having obtained a Masters in Music in performance from the University of Southern California .  He has performed at various venues throughout California , and has taught the piano, clarinet, and music theory to students of all ages for over twenty years.  He continues to enjoy imparting his knowledge of the arts to students outside his law practice.
